Building 206 has 24 apartments and 210 has 18 apartments for a total of 42 apartments.

We have laundry facilities in both buildings, with availability of a soap vending machine.

We have made a considerable amount of improvements in the apartments in the past couple of years. These include; interior renovation, a new parking lot, landscaping, new appliances, new decks, and more.
